Minimum Qualifications
- A passion for AI innovation, backed by demonstrable successes (and valuable learnings from failures) in implementing AI solutions.
- Several years of experience in strategic roles within product, data , or strategy consult ing environments.
- Strong business acumen and a proven ability to create compelling business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and persuasive communication across all organizational levels.
- Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive AI knowledge , practical understanding of ML lifecycles (data, modeling, deployment, monitoring), and hands-on implementation experience.
- Substantial experience guiding strategic AI transformation projects .
- Strong network within the AI research or startup ecosystem, particularly in the US or Europe.
- Proven experience guiding companies through significant transformations .
- Deep understanding of subscription-based and marketplace business models.
- Proven track record in technology selection and resource management.
What you can expect
- AI Agenda & Budget Management: Define annual AI investment priorities, evaluate and prioritize use cases, and allocate budget based on ROI.
- Business Case Development & Approval: Support teams in clearly defining problems, assessing potential, and choosing (in collaboration with our Data & AI Tech team) whether to build internally, purchase, or partner. Guide the approval process with senior management (e.g., CTO, CFO, BU General Managers).
- Portfolio Governance & Tracking: Establish and manage approaches for tracking AI initiatives , measure their impact and adjust if required .
- Organizational Development: Develop & implement learning programs & formats , AI best- practices & tools to enhance the organization’s AI expertise and ensure secure AI use.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Closely coordinate across various business units to achieve shared goals, remove barriers, and accelerate value creation.
- Encourag e Innovation: Monitor advancements in GenAI , enthusiastically promote internal adoption through engaging formats, and maintain oversight of potential tools and solutions.
