Currently, we are looking for a seasoned team member for CMF design team. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. The role is assigned to a design project from the initial research and concept phase through production and showcars. He/she contributes to the project development and strategy and provides hands‑on creative output. Over 5‑year experience in production car project is preferred.

What you will be doing:

• Generate design concepts for assigned projects and lead those.
• Create new product applications and strategies for the IVO brand on a global basis and within the Chinese market.
• Develop design ideas into virtual/physical ideations and overall theme concepts.
• Collaborate with internal designers and specialists in other departments (Exterior, Interior, Fabrication, Modeling, Engineering, Costs, Marketing).
• Collaborate with external vendors/suppliers.
• Provide solutions to existing tasks.
• Participate in design presentations with a high level of creative input.
• Develop new concepts, product ideas and strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Apply knowledge of consumer design trends and forecasting.

• Ability to perform color tuning and mastering.
• Proven design experience in production and concept vehicles.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.
