Role Overview

As a Lead Developer & Architect, you will not only design modern, user-friendly web applications using Vue, Node, and Laravel, but also play a key role in strategic decision‑making – from technical planning and team standards to automation and AI integration. You will work closely with the founding team, lead the development teams, and drive scalable architecture and technology standardization forward.

Activities

• You are passionate about creating user-friendly, accessible, and high-quality web applications.
• You will actively write code and support our teams (this role balances leadership and hands‑on development equally).
• You enjoy writing readable code, enhancing developer experience and working with cutting‑edge tools.
• You will collaborate closely with the founding team on strategic decisions, hiring, and standardization efforts.
• You will guide and support our development teams in technical planning and scalable system design.
• You will enhance our team's quality and performance by implementing standards, automation, and AI integration.
• You will work directly with the founding team to unify technologies across our product portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive industry experience with Vue, Node, and Laravel.
• Strong understanding of modern web standards (including SPAs, accessibility, design systems).
• Proven experience in database design and optimization (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
• Demonstrated ability in technical planning for large‑scale applications and platforms.
• Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP/RPC) and documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Practical experience using AI models to improve development efficiency.
