Lead Electrical Engineer - Power Generation

My client is seeking Lead Project Electrical Engineer to lead and manage electrical package including GIS (substation) and transformers, within a large-scale EPC Cogeneration Project based in Berlin, Germany. This role responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing electrical systems and components for the Project from conception to completion. This role ensures compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project scheduling while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The Project Engineer is responsible, both technical and economically, of both packages, starting with design phase and up to the Acceptance. The Project Engineer will coordinate both the project team members and the involved vendors and/or subcontractors to meet the project targets related to these packages.

Candidates should have a degree in electrical engineering or similar and should have a proven background of working on EPC energy projects, including combined cycle power plants or cogeneration facilities. Candidates should have Proven track record in managing substations, GIS, and transformer packages during construction phases of large international projects.

Strong knowledge of international electrical standards and EPC project execution practices.
