Lead Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d)

Description

As a Lead Expert Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d), you drive the development, coordination, and quality of integrated project schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams, you provide expert‑level planning input and take a lead role in shaping planning standards, mentoring colleagues, and continuously improving scheduling processes through influence and expertise rather than hierarchical management.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource‑loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct schedule analyses (e.g., critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports.
• Contribute to risk management by identifying time‑critical factors early on.
• Drive the continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in plant construction/semiconductor environment.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site for extended periods.
