Position: Lead Game Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer to lead our design team and make key design decisions for our successful title, ‘Idle Miner Tycoon’.

Your responsibilities will include developing new features and content, managing the game economy, and balancing gameplay for a large player base. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and report to the Product Director, overseeing all aspects of game design, including vision and team management.
