Your central role

Responsible for management of global marine or motor fleet portfolio in compliance with pricing and underwriting guidelines.
Developing a global risk management strategy.
Leading global best practice development in global marine or motor fleet business together with stakeholders.
Primary contact for risk assessment issues and thought leader in the areas of innovation, training, and consulting.

Your profile

University degree in mathematics, economics or law and/or equivalent training in the insurance industry with several years of professional experience in marine or motor fleet business.
Proven track record managing and growing an international marine or motor fleet portfolio.
Intercultural affinity and excellent communication skills in a multinational environment.
Team player with flexibility and strong networking skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Business fluent English.
