BeautifulDestinations is launching a mobile app to serve its 45M+ social travel communityto solve the problem of where to travel through short vertical videos The team includesJeremy who has been a leader in travel and the creator economy for ten years, while alsobeing a repeat founder (TicTrac exited for $60m this year). Saad is a well-respectedtechnical leader having launched and grown multiple startups, most recently the unicornFlink.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about buildingproducts that customers love. You will be working on an innovative and modern,vertical-video based concept in a dynamic nascent working environment. As a productmanager/evangelist, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, buildand rollout a very high-end, contemporary and cool travel product that delivers thecompanys vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Comprehend the company vision and reflect it in the products manifestation
Achieve a deep data driven understanding of the customer experience; identifyand fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve experience, growfunnel conversion rates and drive growth
Lead the product set-up both internally and with key external partners
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick product iterations andproduct features
Have a keen sense of product design and depth to provide aesthetically creativeinputs
Refine and maintain the product essence in terms of UI/UX
Liaison between the tech, design, content and strategy teams to produceharmonious product solutions
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives,and other product management team members
Scope and prioritize product improvements with Business Intelligence and Business Development teams
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product linestrategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

Requirements and Skills:

5+ years of proven work experience in product management, especially in new
generation applications involving vertical videos and/or content commerce,
interaction and tech (TikTok, Instagram Reels etc)
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout
its lifecycle. Prior experience in a travel company is highly desirable.
Willingness to build the product from scratch in a collaborative cross functional
environment.
A solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in
software development and mobile app/web technologies is a plus.
Experience in product design softwares such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud,
InDesign is preferred.
Strong problem solving and data analytics skills with firsthand experience in SQL,
Excel is preferred.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate
recommendations to executive management.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in both a remote and
onsite environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
