Germany’s leading global players . Your Tasks as a Lead/Principal AI Solutions Engineer: As a versatile software developer, you take pride in creating solutions with

generative AI ,

large language models (LLM) , and

advanced search methods (RAG) . You design intuitive frontends and build the backends that power them with the right data. In this position, you’ll enjoy a

high degree of freedom

to shape and

implement innovative ideas . You’ll collaborate closely with fellow developers and our clients, actively contributing to discussions on emerging technologies and new approaches. Your solid expertise in AI, language models, and search technologies will be central to your success. You’ll also be continuously improving our team and our tools - developing custom frameworks, refining the build pipeline, and rethinking processes so each project becomes smoother and more aligned with the latest tech. The end result of your work: productive AI-driven software that tackles challenges once thought impossible. What we are looking for in a Lead/Principal AI Solutions Engineer: You are proficient in at least one object-oriented, have solid experience with databases and backend development

(e.g. .NET Core, Node.js, Python) . You have worked with

generative AI ,

large language models (LLM) , and ideally with

retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

and

search technologies . You have experience in

cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP a plus)

and in

implementing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) . You are capable of working independently, managing your workload, and

have hands-on experience in delivering projects end-to-end . Fluency in German.
