Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include the following, with a focus on practical relevance and up-to-date content:

• Personality, with a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Computer Science, with solid theoretical background and practical experience
• Inventory Management & KPIs: expertise in inventory classification (ABC, variability-based), system dynamics (demand, lead time, policies, cost trade-offs), and key performance metrics such as fill rate, turnover, and cycle time
• Data Handling & Feature Engineering: experience with ERP and warehouse data (SKUs, stock movements, forecasts), integrating multiple data sources, and performing data wrangling and feature engineering for inventory analytics
• Forecasting & Machine Learning: proficiency in time-series forecasting (moving averages, Holt-Winters, ARIMA/SARIMA, Prophet) and machine learning methods (regression, decision trees, XGBoost) for demand forecasting, reorder prediction, and safety stock estimation
• Segmentation & Decision Support: knowledge of clustering techniques (k-means, DBSCAN) for SKU segmentation and the ability to translate data insights into inventory policies and decision support
• Simulation & Optimization: experience in Monte Carlo simulation, scenario analysis, and optimization techniques (linear and mixed-integer programming) for inventory planning under uncertainty and constraints
• Visualization, Tools & Teaching: strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, XGBoost) and experience designing dashboards, delivering applied teaching, and supervising data-driven student projects

• Very good English language skills
• Personality, with a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Computer Science with solid theoretical background and practical experience
