The position supports curriculum transformation and transition to a hexamester calendar, working with leadership to enhance teaching and delivery within the School of Health Sciences. The position will work closely with the Director of Teaching to contribute to major initiatives, including programmatic assessment and the transition to a hexa-semester calendar, helping to enhance the student learning experience and support the School’s strategic priorities.
The role will involve designing and delivering engaging, evidence-based teaching, developing learning activities and assessments, and supporting student progression across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It will also include course coordination and academic quality assurance, maintaining professional and industry engagement, and contributing to the broader education-focused community at UNSW.
At Senior Lecturer level, the role will provide leadership in learning and teaching, contribute to curriculum development and review, and collaborate across the University to share best practice and mentor colleagues, driving continuous improvement and educational excellence.
