Legal & Compliance Specialist

Location: Hamburg

Join a forward-thinking legal team focused on contract management and compliance. You’ll handle contract templates, support communication with sales and clients, and simplify complex legal topics through presentations, workshops, and seminars.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise legal information efficiently to support operational matters.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on legal and compliance topics including GDPR, IP, sustainability, and anti-money laundering.
• Drive digital improvements and process automation to enhance legal workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or related field.
• Interest in compliance, regulatory matters, GDPR, money laundering prevention, sustainability, and intellectual property.
• Basic IT skills with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to shaping processes and outcomes.
