Legal Counsel - Corporate Law Location: Munich

A role that inspires you

As Legal Counsel - Corporate Law, you will join an international in-house legal team advising on complex cross-border matters. You will support the business on corporate law, contract law and M&A issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors across an internationally operating group.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, licensing and service agreements. Advising on international trade and cross-border contractual matters. Providing legal guidance on corporate governance and company law compliance. Drafting and reviewing shareholder resolutions, shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation. Supporting M&A transactions from due diligence to closing, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Coordinating with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Your Profile:

Fully qualified lawyer with above-average state exams or an internationally comparable qualification. Professional experience in corporate law, contract law and M&A. Proven track record advising on complex international transactions. Pragmatic and commercially minded, with a focus on robust legal solutions. Confident communicator able to explain complex issues clearly and present alternative options. Intercultural competence and strong collaboration skills. Fluent English, written and spoken, with willingness to travel.
