Join a central Compliance & Data Protection function within an internationally active organisation as a Legal Counsel - Data Protection. In this role, you will take responsibility for advising on data protection matters, further developing compliance structures, and ensuring legally sound processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise internal departments on the implementation of data protection requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance and data protection policies and guidelines. Maintain and further develop the internal data protection management system. Monitor legal developments, case law, and regulatory guidance, assessing their impact on the organisation. Draft, review, and negotiate data protection-related contracts and clauses. Conduct and update risk analyses and develop risk mitigation measures with specialist departments. Prepare reports for management and liaise with supervisory authorities. Deliver training sessions and raise awareness on compliance and data protection topics.

Your Profile:

Fully qualified lawyer, ideally with the Second State Examination; admission as in-house counsel is possible. Initial professional experience in data protection, IT law, or risk management. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Strong analytical skills and confident, assertive manner. High level of integrity, team spirit, and openness to new topics. Excellent German and English skills.
