Role: Corporate Legal Operations Counsel Location: Hamburg- 1x per month **Fluent German Required**

We’re looking for a Corporate Legal Operations Counsel who can turn complex legal processes into smooth, automated workflows. This role isn’t about filing papers—it’s about designing systems that keep the company running efficiently, reliably, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do Turn corporate governance into smooth, automated workflows Manage board resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and signing authorities Build and maintain templates and self-service knowledge bases Keep records audit-ready and easy to track Handle entity administration across Germany and Europe Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Exec Support, and Legal Track performance, fix bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes

What You Bring Solid experience in German corporate law (Aktienrecht/GmbH) A process- and automation-first mindset Hands-on with SharePoint, Power Automate, DocuSign (bonus: Jira, Confluence) Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills Fluent in German and English Bonus: experience in tech, digital platforms, or regulated environments
