Renowned with their presence in every continent of the world, this law firm is well implemented in Luxembourg for nearly a decade. With an expertise on Investments Funds, Corporate M&A and Tax, this law firm is well-renowned with a presence in every continent of the world. Implemented in Luxembourg since a little less than 10 years, the global dimension of the law firm will give you the opportunity to join an international environment allowing you to communicate with both local and international clients.

Your Responsibilities | Administrative Support – Legal – Law Firm - Secretary

• You will offer administrative support to lawyers by managing their calendar, appointment, and taking care of travel arrangements.
• You will be in charge of welcoming clients physically at the office, but also of ensuring a smooth communication by email or phone with them.
• You will have the opportunity to be part of the organization of clients events and be the guaranty that everything works perfectly.
• You will ensure office management tasks by providing the office with supplies so that nothing ever missed.
  

Profile and Career Path | Administrative Support – Legal – Law Firm - Secretary

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Legal Secretary in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You speak fluently English and French allowing you to communicate smoothly with your colleagues reinforcing the team spirit.
• You are enthusiastic with the idea of joining an international and human-sized law firm where every missions of yours will be done with a collective purpose.
• You enjoy evolve in an organized and detailed-oriented environment that fit entirely with your personality that will make your integration easier.
