On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Legal SupportSpecialist (m/f/d) international at our Cologne location as part of our direct personnel placement service.

• Providing administrative and legal support to the internationallegal team
• Drafting, reviewing and formatting contracts, agreements and legaldocuments
• Maintaining databases, filing systems and legal archives
• Coordinating communication with internal departments, externalpartners, authorities and courts
• Supporting compliance, risk management and corporate governancetasks
• Preparing presentations, reports and summaries for management

Your profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in law, business law orcomparable field
• First professional experience in a legal department or law firmdesirable
• Very good English skills (C1), German or additional languages arean advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and document management systems
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail
