in allen Fragen der Führungskräfteentwicklung und Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen

Strategische Steuerung des Recruitings , Sicherstellung einer optimalen Candidate Experience und Einsatz innovativer Methoden zur Gewinnung von Top-Talenten

Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams

sowie Schaffung eines leistungsstarken, innovationsfreundlichen Umfelds

Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner Konzepte zur Führungskräfteauswahl und -entwicklung , inklusive praxisnaher Programme, Tools und GAP-Analysen

Aufbau und Pflege eines starken internen und externen Netzwerks

zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke und zur Positionierung als attraktiver Arbeitgeber

Definition und Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen , um Prozesse und Methoden datenbasiert zu optimieren und langfristig Mehrwert zu schaffen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt

Wirtschaftspsychologie, Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement

oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der

Führung heterogener Teams

sowie souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen

Fundierte Expertise in

Personalentwicklung , ergänzt durch Erfahrungen im

strategischen Recruiting

Kenntnisse in

methodischen Konzepten

(z. B. Kompetenzmodelle, Assessments); erste Coaching-Erfahrungen wünschenswert

Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken, Belastbarkeit, Kostenbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke
