Gematik ensures data protection and data security of telematics infrastructure applications, such as the ePrescription or the ePA. Our experts are responsible for the secure and privacy-compliant design of applications as well as monitoring during ongoing operations and regular security checks. They work closely with the BSI and the BfDI. Become part of a team with influence – your security expertise counts! # Your Tasks* You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily, develop your employees purposefully, and build a powerful pool of experts.* You shape and optimize processes and ensure scalable, consistent working methods of your chapter across teams and ARTs.* You are responsible for the further development and adherence to effective methods and anchor these as binding standards in product development.* You work closely with ART leads, product owners, the communications department, and other stakeholders – as well as with external partners such as shareholders, the BSI, or the BfDI.* You derive specific measures from strategic goals and operational needs and implement them effectively and sustainably. You think in end-to-end processes and promote continuous improvements.* You ensure knowledge transfer and ensure your team is always up-to-date on technologies, methods, and best practices in the security environment. # Your Profile* **Degree:** Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering or natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification.* **Experience:** Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams as well as in designing and scaling processes – ideally in IT or security environments.* **Tool & Method Knowledge:** Knowledge of modern leadership and management methods (e.g. Agile Leadership, OKR, Lean), experience with skill mapping, learning paths, and communities of practice.* **Working Style:** You work strategically, structured and solution-oriented. You accompany changes with a clear focus on acceptance and sustainable implementation.
