As Executive & Business Assistant, you will be the strategic right hand to our executive leadership - enabling them to focus, decide, and execute at the highest level. You will:

Drive executive effectiveness by managing complex calendars, coordinating priorities, and protecting focus time Orchestrate seamless operations, including meeting preparation, agendas, briefings, follow-ups, and action tracking Own communication flow - preparing presentations, and ensuring clarity between internal and external stakeholders Lead logistics & coordination for travel, events, offsites, and high-impact initiatives Enable decision-making by gathering information, conducting light research, and synthesizing insights for the executive Represent the executive office with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment across all interactions What you bring:

You excel in fast-moving environments and bring a combination of operational mastery, communication strength, and proactive problem-solving. You have:

0–2 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives, or relevant operational/administrative experience Completed university degree is required (Bachelor’s or Master’s), this position is suitable for graduates Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear, concise communication skills - both written and verbal A high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence Proactive thinking - you anticipate needs, solve problems before they happen, and take ownership Technical fluency, including mastery of calendars, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms Calm, steady execution under pressure, ambiguity, and rapid change Where you belong:
