– a well-established IT company providing comprehensive technology solutions and services, with national and international operations and a strong focus on innovative IT, virtualization, and M2M solutions – we are looking for a
System Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on Linux
to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and administer Linux server infrastructures
• Set up and maintain virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Participate in national and international IT projects, occasionally taking project management responsibilities
• Monitor and optimize system performance and security
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements:

• Vocational training as an IT specialist or Bachelor's in Computer Science
• Several years of Linux system administration experience
• Knowledge of Shell scripting, PHP, Python, SQL (advantageous)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Analytical, proactive, team-oriented, with excellent German and good English
• Willingness for occasional weekend or international project work
