Local Study Manager / Clinical Project Lead (m/w/d) Onkologie

We invite you to join our Site Management & Monitoring team in Hamburg (Hybrid) as a full‑time, mid‑senior level Local Study Manager / Clinical Project Lead in oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of global clinical studies in the DACH region with a focus on oncology across various indications.
  • Execution of studies in accordance with the latest Good Clinical Practice guidelines, legal regulations, and global/local SOPs, while meeting time, budget, resource, and quality requirements.
  • Planning and achieving patient recruitment targets and study milestones.
  • Budget planning, monitoring, and control, including the conclusion of internal and external contracts.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in relevant clinical research roles such as project lead, clinical lead, or study management.
  • Excellent German and English communication skills in both written and spoken form.
  • Strong knowledge of study coordination within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
  • Proficiency with regulatory requirements and study processes.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and a confident presence.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
