We are currently looking for Logistics & Sales Administration to join our DACH team!

Responsibilities

  • Daily Tasks:
    • Order processing in SAP & CRM system
    • Working together with finance on credit block, price release and potential billing issues
    • Issuing invoices, debit & credit notes & distributing them to customers & KAMs
    • Correspondence for customers inquiries
    • Being in daily contacts with KAMs, forwarders and workers of the warehouse
    • Maintaining and updating the orders file on a daily basis (order input, availability check and delivery status)
  • 2) Coordinates Supply of Goods
    • Checking and aligning with the Planning Manager in Paris office for product availability date and goods allocation
    • Preparing shipping instructions, palletization and bookings at the customer & distributing them to factory & warehouse
    • Optimizing truck loadings (order split per truck; maximum truck fulfilment)
    • Organizing trucks directly at forwarders
    • Coordinate shipments of TV from warehouse in Poland and other products from warehouse in Netherlands
    • Ordering repacking to be in line with order quantities & EU certified pallets requirements
    • Coordinating loading/unloading (customer, forwarder & warehouse)
    • 3) Manages invoice flow
      • Checking & accepting transport invoices

Ideal Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain and/or Logistics
  • Languages: English (fluent), German (fluent), Chinese is an asset
  • 1-2 years experience in Logistics and/or Order desk
  • 1-2 years experience in planning trucks and deliveries
  • Basic SAP knowledge (Order input)
  • Knowledge of forwarders in Germany
  • Devoted, curious and independent
