Role : Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk (AI Research Support – Remote) We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading AI research organization, seeking experienced Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks to support advanced research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems.This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your logistics expertise to help enhance AI understanding of real-world operations. You’ll work independently to provide domain-specific insights and create deliverables that contribute to improving AI models’ accuracy and reasoning within your field. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deliverables addressing common operational challenges within shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Review and provide feedback on peer-developed deliverables to strengthen AI research outcomes.Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all written content, maintaining high standards of professional communication.Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to contribute domain expertise that refines AI-driven process understanding. Ideal Qualifications4+ years of professional experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with digital documentation or workflow systems is a plus. More About the OpportunityWork Type: Fully remote and asynchronous — manage your own schedule.Expected Workload: Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours.Project Duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks.Start Date: Immediate. Compensation & Contract TermsEngagement is on an independent contractor basis.Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.Payments are based on completed deliverables and hours worked.Contractors retain full autonomy over work methods and scheduling.
