We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to be the connective tissue between our client’s global partners and internal innovators, turning complex international trade into a seamless customer experience.

In This Role, You’ll

• Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure prompt deliveries based on customer needs.
• Manage communication with third parties to ensure smooth business operations.
• Open new trade lanes by finding new partners across the globe.
• Create strong, reliable, and long‑term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication.
• Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product management, growth and engineering teams.
• Use cutting‑edge technology on Salesforce for logistics management.
• Improve and grow daily on a personal level, push for operational excellence.

Your Profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Be data‑driven with proficiency in using KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Have experience optimizing costs while maintaining operational excellence.
• Be fluent in German (C1 or above).
• Have scaled logistics operations across different countries.
• Have a strong commercial mindset.
• Be independent, collaborative, and able to take significant responsibility.
• Be entrepreneurial and hands‑on; fast‑paced is in your DNA.
• Be a strong communicator, comfortable with different stakeholders.

Please note that this position is based onsite in Berlin.
