• Our organization is structured into five business segments, covering both traditional Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations as well as the development of innovative products & digital solutions. These segments are supported by central functions such as Corporate Purchasing, Business Development, Sales & People Management
• You can rotate across all these areas and choose your project assignments from a broad portfolio of strategic & operational topics

Requirements

We are looking for trainees who want to make a difference and share our passion to make the future of aviation more digital, efficient and sustainable!

• You have completed your master's degree with above-average degrees and a technical or economical focus: (Industrial-)Engineering, Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, etc.
• You have strong English and German skills
• You have gained relevant professional experience through challenging internships or working student activities, as well as international experience
• You have a passion for aviation and think analytically and interdisciplinary
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for challenging tasks and results
