Your Role: The Architect of the In‑Flight Experience

As the face of LUMINAIR onboard our large‑cabin private jet fleet, you will have complete ownership of the cabin environment. Your primary mission is to ensure the absolute comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our passengers by delivering seamless, anticipatory service. From meticulous pre‑flight preparation to graceful in‑flight hospitality and flawless post‑flight coordination, you will set the standard for our brand. You'll work closely with a small, elite team where your initiative and commitment to excellence will directly shape our guests' journey.

The Profile We Are Seeking

We are assembling a team of professionals who combine impeccable service skills with a proactive, safety‑first mindset. The ideal candidate brings both relevant experience and the right personal qualities to thrive in our dynamic start‑up environment.

Your Professional Foundation

Proven experience in delivering exceptional, white‑glove service within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or business/private aviation.
Full professional fluency in English. Professional working proficiency in German is strongly preferred, and any additional languages are a valuable asset.
An unrestricted EU passport or the legal right to live and work within the EU.
A valid German security clearance (ZÜP according to 7 LuftSiG).
A valid driving licence.
