Responsibilities

Organization and coordination of crew changes national and international. You ensure seamless transitions between joining and leaving crew members to guarantee smooth ship operations. You take into account complex international travel regulations and logistical challenges.
Global communication with agents, ship management and onboard personnel. You act as the central point of contact and ensure clear information flow between all parties. You use modern communication tools to work efficiently across time zones.
Administration of personnel data, certificates and seafarer documents. You maintain crew records with great attention to detail and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Accurate documentation is essential to ensure crew qualifications and minimize legal risks.
Participation in on-call duty. You take part in the on-call rotation outside regular office hours. During this time, you act as the primary contact for urgent matters concerning crew members and colleagues in the Crewing department.

What You Bring

You have completed commercial training, or you are a motivated career changer with an interest in maritime operations.
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ideally, you already have some knowledge of shipping processes and are familiar with seafarer certificates and documentation.
You enjoy organizing and planning, work independently, and are ready to take on new challenges.
You are a team player with an open and confident communication style and feel comfortable interacting with people from around the world.
