Backed by a leading VC investor, the company combines entrepreneurial speed with strong financial discipline and is rapidly expanding its footprint through acquisitions and partnerships. Based in Munich, the team operates in a highly dynamic environment, working closely with founders, operators, and investors to build a category‑defining healthcare platform.

What the job involves

As an M&A Expert, you will be a core contributor to the company’s growth strategy, owning transactions from first contact to integration and helping shape the long‑term platform, while getting support from the wider M&A Team where necessary.

• Identifying and sourcing acquisition targets within the German healthcare market
• Evaluating targets through financial analysis, business development, and valuation
• Managing end‑to‑end M&A processes, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
• Acting as the central interface between internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Supporting post‑merger integration and operational scaling of acquired businesses
• Working closely with founders, senior management, and venture investors on strategic initiatives

Who we are looking for

• First full‑time experience in M&A, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
• Exposure to healthcare or buy‑&‑build strategies is a strong plus
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, startup environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
