Maglev Systems Engineer

Role Summary

Purpose: To lead the design, simulation, and deployment of next‑generation electromagnetic suspension (EMS) and guidance systems for high‑speed Maglev corridors.

Impact: This role directly influences the safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance of the 2028 ‘Trans‑Europe Express’ Maglev rollout.

Team Structure

Part of the Propulsion & Levitation Division, collaborating with AI Ethics Officers, Material Scientists, and Civil Engineers.

Reports To

Reports to the VP of Systems Engineering.

Working Conditions

Travel Required: 20%

Standard day shift with occasional evening calls for international collaboration.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to access confined spaces within prototype bogies for sensor installation.
• Must be able to work in environments with high magnetic fields (safety training provided).
