Please include a letter of motivation and a current resume with your application.****About the job:**You lead all Maintenance and calibration Processes implementation activities from Basic Engineering down for Insulin Flex Facility Frankfurt buildings in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements focus on design to cost solutions & process replication for Glargine.We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams. With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families.**Main responsibilities:*** Collaborate to URS, Maintainability reviews (P&IDs, Layout, HAZOP, 3D model, Flows definition, …) during design phases.* Ensure link with legacy plant SME to advise on some decision making and collect feedback for best integration.* Support FMECA sessions leaded by Maintenance Methods team on the more critical equipment.* Design and deliver a local outsourcing strategy to execute maintenance/calibration /technical checks activities linked to legacy site organization.* This during the project phase and then for routine mode involving local partners in services and spare part strategy.* Build and sustain high performance team (internal & external) empowering some talents for future routine mode organization after the project phase.* Lead integration plan on technical activities with particular attention on adjusting: Local regulatory compliance with HSE department support; Maintenance and Calibration SOPs, instructions (local language), Master data and CMMS processes implementation within iShift program.* Provide support of your team for FATs, commissioning, SAT and start-up on systems.
