  • Collection, validation, and analysis of equipment performance data, including energy consumption, downtime, and overall system efficiency metrics.
  • Leadership of maintenance projects focused on equipment improvements, downtime reduction, and planned maintenance optimization.
  • Ownership of the PCA process for maintenance‑related topics, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversight of forklifts and pallet jacks, including budget planning, repair supervision, and cost management.
  • Implementation and management of a regulated equipment system, including coordination of routine inspections and maintenance activities.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably in a production environment or industrial maintenance role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic schematics and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of production and equipment metrics, such as OEE, MTTR, and MTBF, and experience with improvement tools like RCA and 8D methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in high‑volume manufacturing, final assembly, or cleanroom environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with production teams at all levels, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Advanced technical skills in automated mass production, with a deep understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Flux).
