This role is pivotal in ensuring our site infrastructure operates at peak performance while supporting our sustainability goals.### ### **What You’ll Be Doing**As Engineering Co-Ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our maintenance strategy, responsible for:* Implementing planning functions aligned with Aggregates Management Handbook and company standards.* Developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance plans using CMMS (CheckProof).* Preparing annual maintenance budgets and supporting investment planning.* Leading FMEA and assisting with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).* Managing technical documentation, PM checklists, and spare parts strategies.* Identifying and driving improvements in equipment reliability and maintainability.* Collaborating with production, engineering, and stores teams to deliver results.### ### **What We’re Looking For**:* ### Proven experience in maintenance planning and engineering coordination.* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance best practices.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability.* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.**Education/Qualification*** City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Equivalent in mechanical field* ONC* HNC – preferredBe part of a company committed to sustainability and innovation.
