About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maison Manager to lead our exclusive counter at KaDeWe in Berlin. You will be responsible for managing the store, leading a high-performance team, providing personalized customer service, and driving sales and CRM initiatives in line with Dior guidelines.

What to Expect

Independent management of the counter & leadership, motivation and development of the team according to retail KPIs and sales targets, including personnel deployment planning
Professional, individual and unique customer advice according to DIOR guidelines
Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base
Expanding our CRM database and carrying out and monitoring clienteling and CRM activities
Ensuring an excellent level of service due to your customer‑oriented mindset. Be a role model for your team!
Regular performance reporting, competitor and trend observations
Stockroom management and assortment coordination with the back‑office team

What Makes You a Maison Manager

Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail background
Several years of professional experience in premium/luxury retail
Several years of experience in leading a high-performance store team
Extensive experience in developing a strong CRM network
In‑depth understanding of the cosmetics, fashion and luxury market
Fluent English skills are mandatory, German B1/B2 is required; French, Russian, Mandarin or Arabic skills are an advantage
Analytical thinking and a skilled handling of key figures for deriving measures
Open, self‑confident personality with sales and communication skills
Empathetic and practice‑oriented leadership style
