This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of the Chief Grants Officer, Suspension and Debarment Division. About: Office of Finance and Administration This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

Major Duties

• Manage the Agency Suspension and Debarment Administrative Agreement (AA) Monitoring Program as the EPA Authorized Representative for Respondents or their representatives.
• Lead the development of processes and systems to assess the effectiveness of internal administrative control systems designed to prevent waste, fraud, abuse, and poor performance on federal procurement and assistance awards.
• Plan strategies for addressing complex suspension and debarment cases, structuring agreements to provide compliance incentives and flexibility for future changes, and resolving administrative problems that arise during the life of a case.
• Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy and plan to increase involvement of stakeholders throughout federal procurement and assistance communities.
