About the Role

Qualification (What kind of person is qualified in this position)

Responsibilities

IPO Project Support

• Assist IPO projects in participating in works including inventory counting, supplier interviews and other activities etc. on the site
• Cooperate with the project team to complete the on-site data collection and consolidations work
• Support other ad hoc work arrangements for the project team

General Administrative Support

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative management of IPO projects
• Responsible for the travel itinerary of suppliers and project-related personnel, including air ticket reservations, hotel reservations, etc.
• Follow up and coordinate the visa application process to ensure the smooth completion of all procedures
• Organize and arrange project meetings, including conference room reservation, conference material preparation, etc.
• Work as a German translator for management team
• Other related works arranged by the superior

At the superior’s request, the employee must perform the related tasks of this position as per company business.

Qualifications

Critical Competency

• Fluency in German, good communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred
• Have a strong willingness to learn and motivation to grow
• Work hard and result-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit
• Ability to adapt to travel and flexible work arrangement

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, all majors are acceptable
• Fresh graduates, students who are going to graduate, or 1-2 years working experience

Required Skills

Fluency in German, good communication skills in Chinese and English are preferred.

Preferred Skills

Strong willingness to learn and motivation to grow.
