What you’ll do

• Conduct strategic, financial and market assessments and analyses for Henkel Consumer Brands
• Steer the preparation and orchestration of Board and leadership meetings, ensuring high-quality storytelling, alignment across stakeholders, and seamless execution
• Support the Consumer Brands Board member with executive content in key initiatives, presentations, and ad‑hoc requests
• Support intra‑ and external positioning and communication of Henkel Consumer Brands and its leadership team
• Be responsible for key projects, including preparation, execution, and implementation
• Become part of a highly motivated international team to make an impact for Henkel Consumer Brands

What makes you a good fit

• Excellent university degree in business administration or economics
• Approx 8+ years of work experience, thereof a significant part in an ideally international environment in the area of (FMCG) marketing, strategy or finance
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with proven storytelling, presentation, and a structured and hands‑on project management approach
• Good stakeholder management capabilities combined with strong communication skills and can‑do mindset
• Highly team oriented, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced executive setting
• Fluency in English, German is advantageous
