Your role
Onboard new strategic brand partnerships by facilitating brand guidelines and conduct training sessions to ensure partners understand and adhere to ZEISS standards.
Oversee technical integration, ensure brand quality and secure brand compliance including approvals (mainly co-marketing key assets, core messaging), royalty cash flow management, and procurement integration programs, with hands-on involvemen
Actively support interactions with licensing agencies, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Develop and produce compelling sales materials tailored to specific partner needs.
Develop and refine processes for seamless integration into licensing operations, actively implementing these processes.
Identify and implement solutions, potentially leveraging software or AI, to optimize strategic partnership development processes and collaboration workstreams, ensuring operational efficiency.
Degree in business development, marketing, brand management, business psychology or similar Berufserfahrung
Several years of proven experience in strategic partnership management or licensing business, preferably within the consumer electronics goods industry or similar environment
Experience in project management. Ability to coordinate and incubate complex projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with licensee partners and different business units within the Group.
Ability to develop innovative and out-of-the-box approaches adapting to partners and markets.
Fluent in English, German and Chinese as a bonus.
Ability to travel up to 5-10%.
