Manager Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

• Originate, manage, and expand relationships with corporate clients, driving marketing and sales activities to grow the portfolio.
• Coordinate information flow between Akbank AG and other entities within the Akbank Group, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.
• Prepare, analyze, and present credit proposals and other business‑related reports to senior management and relevant committees.
• Support Corporate Banking Department projects, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance and broaden the range of banking products and services delivered to clients, with a focus on tailored corporate solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or other related acceptable faculties.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, particularly in corporate finance, trade finance and structured finance.
• Excellent command of English. German language skills at B1 level or above are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrates analytical thinking, precision, and a goal‑oriented work style.
