ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research centre of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible.

Your role

• Lead the execution of external communications across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, website, press materials)
• Create and tailor content for diverse formats and audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Own and continuously improve internal communication formats, including town halls, leadership updates, and intranet content
• Plan, structure, and deliver clear messaging for internal audiences
• Manage digital channels and content platforms, ensuring timely and high-quality publication
• Monitor performance metrics and drive ongoing content and channel improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to align messaging and ensure smooth project execution

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or a related field
• Proven track record in managing internal and external communications, including media relations and content strategy
• Experience managing digital and social channels, including content planning and performance tracking
• Strong ability to manage workflows, advise stakeholders, and own communication strategies for specific areas (e.g., Internal Communications)
• Structured, proactive, and reliable working style, with a strong sense of ownership; experience in regulated industries or life sciences is a plus
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
