Deine Aufgaben

• Realization of the annual RECARO Aircraft Seating strategy process
• Optimizing the strategy process, continuous further development of the tools and templates required for the process
• Responsible for the content and development of the corporate strategy, its global communication and control of its implementation.
• Preparing and developing strategic content and managing strategy deadlines
• Responsible for the preparation and regular reporting on the progress towards achieving the strategic programs and goals
• Analyzing the commercial aviation market, our competitors, the cabin and seating market and global trends
• Regular exchange with RECARO Holding
• Preparing decision documents and business plans for management and the advisory board
• Development, development and implementation of new business fields

Deine Qualifikationen

• Degree in International Business, Economics or Industrial Engineering as well as additional qualification, e.g. MBA
• Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry and/or in a management consultancy or in a strategic environment
• Distinct knowledge in the analysis of business models, the derivation of action implications as well as presentations for top management
• Strategist with conceptual skills, creative thinking, visionary and entrepreneur, persuasiveness and enthusiasm
• Leadership qualities, strong communication skills and goal orientation, as well as organizational skills and structured working methods
• Excellent communication skills in German and English language
