Your Tasks

Governance and control of facility management processes across organizational units
Development and implementation of strategies for commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management
Budget planning, KPI monitoring, and sustainability performance oversight
Process optimization and introduction of modern technologies (e.g., IoT) to enhance efficiency
Performance monitoring and quality assurance across portfolios
Reporting, benchmarking, and KPI evaluation to support strategic decisions
Cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Sustainability departments
Coordination with country representatives and support of international projects

Your Profile

University degree in Construction, Technical Facility Management, or Building Services, combined with knowledge in Economics, Finance, and Legal basics
Several years of professional experience in building services or a related field, ideally with international and retail exposure
Knowledge of relevant DIN/EN/ ISO Norms and being familiar with the Eurpoean market
Proven experience in data analysis, KPI development, and reporting
Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
Working proficiency in English and German
Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
Efficient time management and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
