As Manager Forecasting & Demand Planning (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our dynamic multi‑channel forecasting and demand planning process to ensure our exciting product range is available to our customers at the right time, right price and place.

Your Tasks

• End‑to‑end ownership of the forecasting process across all our sales channels (B2C eCommerce, B2B retail, B2B marketplaces, own retail)
• Consolidation and analysis of data from Online and Offline channels to create accurate and granular demand forecasts
• Alignment of forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams
• Implementation of demand planning strategies to encode product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks into the data
• Monitoring of forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and underlying processes
• Assuring optimal inventory and service levels across the supply chain, channels and countries
• Creation of scenario analyses to support business decisions

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including experience in demand planning or data analysis, preferably within the retail sector
• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented with strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Proactive mindset with a hands‑on attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
