Wir suchen Sie als Manager für internationale und industrielle Partnerschaften (m/w/d) in Taufkirchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Dedicated focus on the program management related activities for Industrial Cooperation (IC) / Offset, ensuring optimum support to the business, including but not limited to:
  • Collate and structure overall reporting documentation in required formats for internal and external purposes.
  • Prepare data robust/high impact presentations for a variety of internal and external audiences.
  • Support queries and audits by Offset Authorities, steer required actions and documentation preparation/delivery.
  • Support the IC/O Managers in the approval and crediting process with Offset Authorities IC/Offset.
• Support selected Industrial Cooperation (IC)/Offset countries for the development and implementation of suitable proposals to fulfill existing (ongoing contracts) and future (ongoing sales campaigns) IC/Offset commitments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic view of undertakings existing vs new IC/Offset projects.
  • Develop and mature projects for submission to Offset Authorities.
  • Liaise with internal technical/commercial project owners.
  • Monitor progress of IC/Offset projects, track and update as required.
  • Develop and implement mitigation actions for negative developments.
  • Support the approval process of IC/Offset projects:
    • Adherence to all pertinent compliance standards by pro-actively driving corresponding process activities.
    • Support preparation/participation and planning of trade fairs, local industrial activities, etc. in alignment with stakeholders.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder Betriebswirt
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Excel
• Kenntnisse in Google Suite sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
• Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische und projektmanagerische / integrative Fähigkeiten
• Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Streben nach hervorragender Qualität bei jeder Leistung
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um mit Interessengruppen und Industriepartnern zu sprechen
• Aufgeschlossenheit, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
