Job Description
As a Manager Investor Relations (m/f/diverse), you serve as the central interface between the company and the capital market. You help to communicate the company’s value perspective and strengthen trust among investors and analysts.
Communication with Investors and Analysts:
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Organize and conduct conferences, analyst meetings, and roadshows.
- Respond to inquiries and prepare presentations for investors and financial analysts.
Preparation of Financial Reports:
- Prepare regular corporate and financial reports (e.g., quarterly, half-year, and annual reports).
- Ensure that financial reporting complies with regulatory requirements and is transparent as well as consistent with the corporate strategy.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements and the communication of financial key figures.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze financial markets and relevant sectors.
- Prepare market and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor share price developments and identify market trends.
Strategic Consulting:
- Advise management and the executive board on capital market strategy.
- Develop and implement investor relations strategies to promote the company’s image in the capital market and the public.
- Communicate proactively about corporate developments, financial figures, and strategic decisions.
Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in investor relations and corporate governance.
- Work closely with the legal department and finance team to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate valuation, and regulatory capital market requirements
- Experience with financial software and common analytical tools
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and a strong sense for strategic communication measures
