Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie führen und entwickeln Ihre Teams aus IT‑Support, Systemadministration und IT‑Operations und schaffen ein motivierendes, leistungsorientiertes Umfeld
• Sie stellen einen stabilen, sicheren und modernen IT‑Betrieb über Datacenter, Cloud‑Plattformen, Windows‑/Linux‑Infrastrukturen und Netzwerkservices sicher
• Sie gewährleisten eine hohe Servicequalität im IT‑Support und sorgen für schnelle, zuverlässige Lösungen
• Sie verantworten die Bereitstellung einer modernen und effizienten digitalen Arbeitsplatzausstattung
• Sie übernehmen das Lizenz‑ und Asset‑Management und optimieren Kosten, Nutzung und Compliance
• Sie steuern die Beschaffung von Hardware, Software und IT‑Services und definieren klare Standards
• Sie leiten IT‑Projekte (Modernisierung, Cloud‑Migration, Infrastrukturprojekte), sichern Qualität, Zeitplanung und Budget
• Sie stellen die Einhaltung aller relevanten Security‑, Datenschutz‑ und Compliance‑Vorgaben sicher
• Sie analysieren, verbessern und dokumentieren kontinuierlich Prozesse und Betriebsabläufe

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes IT‑Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sie bringen Hands-on Erfahrung in IT‑Administration (Cloud/Windows/DB/Netzwerk) oder als Senior System Engineer mit
• Sie haben Führungserfahrung und entwickeln Teams sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich weiter
• Sie beherrschen moderne Cloud‑ und On‑Prem‑Architekturen und arbeiten sicher im Bereich IT‑Security
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und treffen klare Entscheidungen
• Sie kommunizieren verständlich, serviceorientiert und adressatengerecht, auch mit nicht‑technischen Stakeholdern
• Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Lizenzmanagement, in der Budgetsteuerung und in der Optimierung von IT‑Prozessen
• Sie treiben Innovationen aktiv voran und achten dabei stets auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Compliance
• Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Manager IT Operations & Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You lead and further develop your teams in IT Support, System Administration and IT Operations, creating a motivating and performance‑oriented environment
• You ensure a stable, secure and modern IT operation across datacenters, cloud platforms, Windows/Linux infrastructures and network services
• You guarantee a high level of service quality in IT Support and ensure fast and reliable solutions.
• You are responsible for providing a modern and efficient digital workplace environment.
• You take over license and asset management and optimise cost, utilisation and compliance.
• You manage the procurement of hardware, software and IT services and define clear standards.
• You manage IT projects (modernisation, cloud migration, infrastructure projects) and ensure quality, timelines and budget compliance.
• You ensure adherence to all relevant security, data protection and compliance requirements.
• You continuously analyse, improve and document processes and operational workflows.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• You bring hands‑on experience in IT administration (Cloud/Windows/DB/Network) or as a Senior System Engineer
• You have leadership experience and develop your teams both technically and personally
• You are proficient with modern cloud and on‑premise architectures and are confident in working within IT security environments
• You work in a structured, solution‑oriented manner and take clear decisions
• You communicate clearly, service‑oriented and appropriately for various stakeholder groups, including non‑technical ones
• You have experience in license management, budget control and optimisation of IT processes
• You actively drive innovation while always maintaining a strong focus on quality, security and compliance
• You are fluent in German and English; French skills are an advantage
