We’re building Europe’s fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think market-dominating brands like Uber & Wolt, but for used car logistics. Backed by top Nordic investors and the founders and operators of Wolt & Swappie.

Why this role and why now?

After strong traction in the Nordics, we’ve started expanding into Central Europe. Germany is one of our most important growth markets. To win here, we need to double down on enterprise customers. We’ve already closed multiple enterprise-level deals. Now we’re looking for someone to take full ownership of scaling this segment.

Role

This isn’t just another Sales role. You’ll be our first dedicated Enterprise sales and key accounts hire in Germany, building and accelerating our enterprise engine from the ground up. From first conversation to long-term strategic partnership, you’ll own the full lifecycle.

Location

  • Berlin office-based or remote within Germany.
  • H1 2024: First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland
  • H2 2024: Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre‑seed round
  • H1 2025: Launched Denmark, built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark, reached €400k monthly revenue
  • H2 2025: Built country team in Denmark, hired first team members in Germany, raised €5M

Why this role is important

You will directly accelerate our enterprise sales engine and prove that we can win and generate value for the largest automotive players in Europe.

Germany is expected to become a major revenue driver within the next 12 months.

Success here validates our GTM playbook and strengthens our position across borders.

This role is not just execution. It’s ownership. You’ll shape strategy, influence product direction, and define how we approach enterprise in Europe.

What you’ll do

  • Own and build our enterprise pipeline in Germany from prospecting to closing and strategic account growth
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including C‑level negotiations
  • Build long‑term partnerships with high‑value automotive customers
  • Work closely with our Regional Sales Lead Jémaro and HQ functions
  • Collaborate with product and operations to ensure strong customer outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • Native German and fluent English
  • Strong enterprise sales and/or key account management experience
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and relationship‑driven
  • Comfortable in fast‑moving startup environments
  • High‑performance mindset and strong ownership

Bonus points if you understand startups, automotive, or logistics industries.
