Manager, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a German-speaking Marketing Manager to cover the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) who will be responsible for executing our marketing plan and promoting our brand and investment strategies to support our business growth objectives, in both wealth and institutional channels, across the region. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, EMEA.**The ideal candidate is someone who is:**Proven in their ability to lead and complete successful marketing campaigns And other responsibilities as requiredExperience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketing across the DACH regionProven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Education Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience**Experience:** 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in completing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned mediaHarbourVest is an independent, global private markets firm with over 43 years of experience and more than $146 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2025.
