Manager (m/f/d) Contract Management Business

Responsibilities

• Drive the operational management of Kinto Europe’s contract management products and ensure seamless lifecycle execution
• Shape product strategy and roadmap, establish a Pan‑European governance framework
• Lead development and launch of new products by defining business needs, validating business cases, and outlining go‑to‑market plans
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with IT and oversee system integration (e.g., Sofico Miles, fleet portal)
• Provide business‑driven input for product development, collaborating with Brand & Quality on marketing, CRM, customer journey, and omnichannel requirements
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Toyota Motor Europe and external partners while ensuring transparency, alignment, and performance reporting to Kinto Europe leadership

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or comparable
• Minimum five years of experience in full‑service leasing or the automotive industry, with strong exposure to large fleet customers
• Proven project management background, ideally in digital or service value‑chain environments, and solid understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycles
• Strong knowledge of fleet customer needs, research and analysis, and hands‑on experience with IT or digital software development
• Desirable: Knowledge in Sofico Miles or comparable FSL systems, skilled in supplier management and procurement
• Fluent German and English skills
