Responsibilities

• fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Production Engineering Teams
• Analyse und Optimierung der vorhandenen Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Production Engineering Boards
• Planung, Analyse und Optimierung von Produkt- sowie Fertigungsprozessen (Leiterplattenfertigung)
• Konzeptionierung des Wertstroms mit Fokus auf dem Bereich Fertigung und dem Materialfluss (LEAN)
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung (KVP) der bestehenden Fertigungsanlagen und Prüfadaptern (technische und wirtschaftliche Aspekte)
• Projektleitung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Abnahme von Betriebsmitteln
• Auswahl, Steuerung und Qualifizierung der Anlagenlieferanten
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, darunter Entwicklung, Industrial Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Produktionstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation, alternativ Weiterbildung als Techniker in einem der genannten Bereiche
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem aufgeführten Tätigkeitsbereich
• Führungskompetenz durch Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Leitung von Teams
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
>Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Lean Manufacturing von Vorteil
• strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• emphatische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
• sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
